While Gallivanting Through the Country...

     For my birthday Saturday, Mom and I headed to town - the back way - with our cameras. Low and behold - a western collection!! Complete with a noose on the tree, a cowboy, multiple pots and pans, a typewriter, various tack...the list goes on and on! Needless to say...we were here for a while :)

It's a puppy!!! A teacup Yorkie, to be exact :) This little dude's name is Toby - and we were privileged to have him stay the weekend with us:)

A Year in Pics // wk. 3

       I'd like you guys to meet my little bro! Well, technically, he's bigger than me...but still!
       Monday I spent the day hanging out with him and other little brother, Ethan. Jacob is 13. He has the humor of a ten year old,  the body of a fifteen year old, and the mind of a... little brother. He can be the sweetest, most sensitive, quiet guy on the planet! But when he's with his family, we just can't get him to keep quiet! Fortunately for him he's cute and of course gets away with everything :)

The snow was starting to disappear in this picture (taken earlier this week) but last night it returned! The rain, for the most part, is what made the snow melt this time - but it resulted in a full rainbow in our back yard. So it worked out :)

So I'm starting anew here.. I thought I had given up on blogging - but apparently not!! My resolution for this year is to do a 'Year in Pics' collection. So, without further ado, here's week one (January)!!
